Shipping

As most of our items are made to order, please allow additional time for delivery of your items. For your convenience, we try to ensure that all deliveries will arrive to the customer in no more than 2-3 business weeks for all domestic orders and up to 4 business weeks for international orders. Frequently, our items ship within 5-7 business days and arrive to the customer within 2-5 business days there-after on most domestic orders. You may not automatically receive tracking information for your order(s) however, tracking information is available for all domestic orders. Please contact us at Help@templeandkardy.com and we would be glad to provide tracking information to you. Please note, tracking information may not be available for all international orders or APO/FPO addresses.

Returns

We only accept returns (and refunds) on items received by the customer that arrived damaged. Most items are made to order, so please ensure that you preview all items before purchase.We have provided sizing and product previews to assist the customer when ordering.
